Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the expectations, responsibilities, and boundaries for engaging with the services, courses, and products offered by Beth Rachel. By booking, purchasing, or participating, you agree to the following:

 

1. Services

Beth offers mentorship, medicine integration, energy readings, intuitive guidance, and holistic sessions to support personal growth, spiritual awakening, and self-discovery. These services are supportive and complementary, and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or legal advice.

 

2. Courses & Programs

  • Courses and programs may be delivered live, pre-recorded, or a combination of both.
     

  • Access to course materials is for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without written permission.
     

  • Unless otherwise specified, course purchases are non-refundable once materials have been accessed, except in the case of technical issues that prevent access.
     

 

3. Products

  • Beth may offer both handmade items and products created by third-party companies.
     

  • For handmade products, slight variations may occur as part of their unique, artisanal nature.
     

  • For third-party products, Beth does her best to curate safe, high-quality items but is not liable for any manufacturing defects or reactions. Please follow usage instructions and check ingredients or materials before use.
     

  • Returns or exchanges on products will be accepted only if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
     

 

4. Client Responsibility

  • You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, decisions, and results that arise from services or courses.
     

  • You confirm that you are not in a medical or mental health crisis requiring licensed professional care.
     

  • You agree to approach the work with openness, honesty, and respect.
     

 

5. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise arranged.
     

  • Services: If you feel that mentorship or session work is not aligned after an honest attempt to engage, you may request a refund. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of the session or purchase.
     

  • Courses: Course refunds are generally not available once access to materials has begun, unless otherwise specified.
     

  • Products: Refunds are only available for damaged or defective items as described in Section 3.
     

  • Missed or unattended sessions without notice are non-refundable.
     

 

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Services may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
     

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in forfeiture of that session.
     

 

7. Confidentiality

All personal information, discussions, and experiences shared in sessions are kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

By engaging with Beth’s services, courses, or products, you agree that she is not responsible for specific outcomes or results. Participation and use are at your own discretion and responsibility.

 

9. Agreement

By booking, purchasing, or participating in services, courses, or products with Beth Rachel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
