This is where we practice mastering the spiritual experience of being human!

Because, in order to change the world around us, we must journey within our own shadow.
​
In recent years spirituality has teamed up with science to show us that the world as we experience it is a product of our perception.
​
Through the use of my innate intuitive abilities combined with years of study I have become a sophisticated ninja when it comes to navigating the inner shadow.
​
Resistance, fear, control, separation, limitation, shame, worthlessness, insecurity, doubt, scarcity, instability, these are just some of the ways in which the shadow takes form and puts us in direct opposition to the highest truth that we are all part of divine onesness, designed to work in concert together.
​
Shadow aspects exist for good reason, at some point they served us, helped us, kept us safe. At this point they are pushing up against our soul desire to be seen, included, connected, abundant, fulfilled and loved.
What once served us, does no more, we need companionship, guidance, compassion, and commitment to transform these old patterns and expose our true soul purpose!

as support in between.
